What if the forest was your teacher?

Join me for an in-person Equinox forest walk. I'll invite you into teachings from the forest that can support you in times of change.

I'll give you space to reflect on how those teachings apply to your life, and to process your insights with others.

When: Sunday Sept.24th 3-4:30pm

Where: Shirley's Bay in Ottawa's west end - Greenbelt trail 10. Exact meet-up location, and any changes due to weather will be sent via email.
